I was not familiar with this company but was referred/scheduled through the original selling dealer. The service performed was fantastic. Dustin called in advance of showing up to confirm appointment; was efficient in his diagnostics; fixed the issue on the spot; and was very careful/sensitive with regard to his work area. He left the job in perfects shape with a working appliance. He was also very professional and courteous.
I called due to having dryer issues. I was given a 2 hour window and on the day of the repair Dustin called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He was professional, courteous, , and diagnosed and fixed the issue in about 30 minutes. He put everything back as it was. Would highly recommend and will use this business again for appliance needs.
Great service! We returned home from vacation to a dryer making a terrible noise. Called at 4:00 and got an appointment for the next morning. Dustin showed up within the 2 hour window they gave us, diagnosed the problem and had the dryer repaired quickly. He was very friendly and professional. We would highly recommend them!
Awesome repair service. Dustin repaired my built in microwave which is part of a wall oven/MW combo unit. He was especially careful to protect the surrounding cabinet. Communication and scheduling was excellent. I highly recommend them.
